Remembering Task Force 16--75th anniversary. Carried out Doolittle Raid in 1942. John Miller's father was aboard USS Enterprise.

 

Mr. Miller has extensive experience in corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, international transactions, corporate finance, securities, construction contracting, and commercial projects. He has substantial general counsel-type experience (corporate strategy, litigation management, corporate governance, securities, joint ventures, licensing, credit transactions and management of environmental matters). His practice spans a wide range of industries.

Mr. Miller is a frequent speaker on construction and business law topics. He regularly acts as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association on complex construction and commercial cases. For over a decade, he has served on the Opinion Committee of the North Carolina Bar Association and as its Chair from 2002-05.
